    The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced 2569 vacancies across 21 zones nationwide, creating massive interest among job seekers. The RRB JE 2026 Exam is scheduled on 19th-20th February and 3rd March 2026.

    Success in the RRB exam requires a clear understanding of the exam process. A well-planned preparation strategy begins with knowing the exam pattern and syllabus in detail. The RRB JE 2026 selection process will be conducted in two stages: CBT 1 and CBT 2. Candidates must qualify for both stages to move closer to final selection. 

    RRB JE Subject Wise Weightage 2026

    RB JE CBT 1 stands for Computer-Based Test is the first stage of the selection process. This exam plays a crucial role in shortlisting candidates for the next phase.

    The CBT 1 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, and candidates are given 90 minutes to complete the paper. Each question carries 1 mark, making the total marks 100. To maintain accuracy, negative marking is applicable, and one-third (1/3) mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
